Shipping

Items will be shipped within 72 hours but are usually shipped same or next day.

Standard USPS shipping is FREE within the United States. Faster shipping and international shipping options will be provided upon checkout.

We are not responsible for buyers entering incorrect shipping addresses or other incorrect information upon ordering. Please double check all of your information upon order placement.

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will issue a refund for your unworn/unwashed items if it is return postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exception: NO returns on clearance items.

Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original condition and packaging.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments will be returned.

To initiate your return, please send us a message through the online chat and we will respond within 24 hours. If there were multiple items in your order, please specify the item that you would like to return.

Due to the logisitcs of inventory management, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or would like a different item, the fastest way to do so is by placing a new order and requesting a return on the original.

Please note: orginal shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

Lottie Holiday guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from date of order as long as you follow your care instructions.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed / unworn item for the same item at no cost.

Please contact us immediately if changes are needed. We will do our best, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes.
