How should I choose the best size for me?

Our sizing runs true to our size chart, which can be found here. If you are in between sizes, order up. 

When will my order ship?

Items will be shipped within 72 hours but are usually shipped same or next day.

Standard USPS shipping is FREE within the United States. Faster shipping and international shipping options will be provided upon checkout. Expedited orders will be shipped same day if ordered before 1PM EST. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. We are not responsible for delays to due to local disruptions. 

We are not responsible for buyers entering incorrect shipping addresses or other incorrect information upon ordering. Please double check all of your information upon order placement. 

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during shipping.

What is your return policy?

While we hope that you will love your merchandise, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or issue a refund for your unworn/unwashed items if it is return postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exception: NO returns on clearance items. Exchange only.

Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original condition and packaging.

Returns or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments will be returned.

Please note: orginal shipping charges are non-refundable.

What if I forget to enter a discount code at checkout?

Due to a systems limitation, we cannot add a discount code after an order is placed. The order will need to be cancelled and then placed again with the discount code applied. Please reach out toshoplottieholiday@gmail.com  if you need assistance with this.

I returned my order, when will I receive my refund?

Once your return is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. Once your refund is processed, we will notify you via the email used to place your order.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Lottie Holiday guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from date of order as long as you follow your care instructions.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed / unworn item for the same item at no cost.
